SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

•    Master Data Dashboard Monitoring
Maintain and enhance the master data dashboard to track key metrics and performance indicators across all plants.
•    Part Number Composition Review
Review and validate the accuracy of part number (PN) composition to ensure data consistency and compliance.
•    Value-Added Data Opportunities
Identify and implement opportunities to add value through enhanced master data structure and visibility.
•    FMR Project Leadership
Own the implementation, control, and auditing of the FMR (Forecast Management Review) project for the Americas region. Ensure alignment and validation with EMIA counterparts.
•    Plant Cadence Coordination
Facilitate recurring meetings with plant teams to follow up on master data-related performance metrics.
•    Training and Enablement
Develop and deliver training programs to reinforce understanding of master data usage and parameter management.
•    SAP HANA Involvement
Engage in SAP HANA processes to support integration, data migration, and system enhancement initiatives.
•    MRP Group and FMR Integration
Validate MRP group structures and follow up on FMR integration across plants.
•    VSF Forecast Accuracy
Ensure VSF (Volume, Sales, Forecast) forecast accuracy by maintaining MRP policy and continuously improving data inputs.
 

Desired Candidate

•    Advanced SAP Knowledge – Ability to navigate, implement, and modify master data within SAP (including HANA).
•    Master Data Expertise – Strong understanding of material master, BOMs, routings, and advanced parameter settings.
