Knowledge, Skills and Innovation
- Business experience in electronics components sales in Japan over 15 years
- Plus – Experience in both Japanese company and any foreign company
- Management experience within sub-function and strong leadership
- Plus - Experience managing 5-10 team members for more than several years
- Deep knowledge in area of accountability
- Plus – Business experience for Consumer, Datacom,MFP/LBP,Industrial
- Proactive involvement for sales promotion and for business growth
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation
- Ability to build intimate relationship with any layer in customers
- Adapts/makes departures from traditional approaches to enhance quality or value in existing methods
- Fluent language communication in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 700)
