What your background should look like:

Knowledge, Skills and Innovation

  • Business experience in electronics components sales in Japan over 15 years
    • Plus – Experience in both Japanese company and any foreign company
  • Management experience within sub-function and strong leadership
    • Plus - Experience managing 5-10 team members for more than several years
  • Deep knowledge in area of accountability
    • Plus – Business experience for Consumer, Datacom,MFP/LBP,Industrial
  • Proactive involvement for sales promotion and for business growth
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation
  • Ability to build intimate relationship with any layer in customers
  • Adapts/makes departures from traditional approaches to enhance quality or value in existing methods
  • Fluent language communication in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 700)
