S2P Junior Process Manager

Why you should join:
In order to drive efficient operations in EMEA, TE Connectivity established two regional shared service centers in Krakow (Poland) and Bangalore (India) to support centralized execution of Source to Pay (S2P) processes, which include Vendor Master Data Management, Invoice processing, Payments execution, Travel & Expenses management and other S2P activities. 
This position will report to the EMEA Financial Solution Center (FSC) Source to Pay (S2P) Process Manager

Your main tasks:

• Lead part of the Source to Pay (S2P) team, that includes planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Vendor Management, and other S2P activities. 
• Lead approx. 30-40 team members, both direct and indirect reports
• Contribute to successful execution of global FSC Strategy within all four strategic pillars: Business Partnering, Talent, Continuous Improvement and Leverage Scale
• Ensure timeliness, quality and efficiency of work produced.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from Business Units and relevant Corporate Functions
• Support new businesses integrations in S2P area
• Ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmarks,
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
• Coordinate team meetings and ensure constant communication within the team
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
• Form strong collaborative relationships with other departments within FSC, as well as with Global Process Owners, Technology Team and CI Manager
• Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
• Ensure that process change directives and other changes initiated by global are implemented regionally

Your ideal background:

• Overall 7+ years of experience within finance or similar SSC environment and relevant experience in leadership role
• Knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes and associated technology platforms
• Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience in project management and process improvement preferred
• Well-developed management and leadership skills
• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in English 
• Command of other European languages an asset
