The Digital Data Networks business unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Global Product Manager on the Power Solutions product team, based in the US, to support hyperscaler customers with next-generation AI infrastructure development.
The Global Product Manager will be responsible for helping our team identify and understand trends in data center power ecosystems and supporting those trends with appropriate promotions and collateral, in collaboration with various internal functions, to ensure a seamless transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to order delivery. Additionally, the Global Product Manager will support cost-saving initiatives, marketing collateral development, business analysis, and overall portfolio enhancement activities.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to work across regions, and a strong proactive work ethic. It must also collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to gain alignment and drive the successful execution of product roadmaps and other initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Helping define market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Conducting market segmentation exercises to develop segment-specific strategies.
- Supporting business development globally.
- Drive sales, FAE, and SA teams to fuel the pipeline.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Co-develop product roadmaps that align with business strategy.
- Work with R&D and Operations to develop new products to meet current and future customer requirements.
- Develop market-based cost targets that align with business unit (BU) profitability targets, and align product teams to achieve these targets.
- Manage the product lifecycle, focusing on capacity expansion ramps and defining the correct cost early in design cycles.
- Assist in establishing pricing policy.
- Attend customer meetings to support winning new business.
What your background should look like:

⦁ 2-5 years of product management and/or relevant engineering experience.
⦁ Experience with value-added manufacturing or industry experience is desired.
⦁ 4-year degree is required (Engineering preferred, MBA desirable).
⦁ Ability to learn quickly, especially on technical topics.
⦁ Reasonably adept at building and delivering presentations.
⦁ Capability to perform data/business analysis.
Competencies
COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $80,800 - $121,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, as well as internal and external equity considerations.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
