Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

 

HR OPERATIONS EXECUTION :

  • Be first point of contact for the plant management in all HR related matters and act as the general liaison between employees, managers, and departments to practically solve diverse HR issues.
  • Support facilitation of end-to-end processes for recruiting and talent management.
  • Lead performance management process for business in efficient manner (objective setting, development planning, midyear & year-end performance reviews, calibration).
  • Monitor employee performance by providing timeline support to achieve targets.
  • Manage employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment.
  • Drive HR operational excellence through TEOA.

 

SKILLS and TEAM DEVELOPMENT :

  • Support key trainings plans to fulfill with local regulation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and builds strong working relationships within the team via planning, communication and supporting the work activities.
  • Drive employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities.
  • Be the voice of employee in balancing the business needs with needs of employees so the business runs as effectively as possible.
  • Act as facilitator.
  • Get the best out of the people, empower them and hire for the best.

What your background should look like:

 

  • Bac +5 in management, Human Resources or other related fields.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive or production industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
  • Experience using HR management tools.
  • Moroccan regulation knowledge.
  • Good problem problem solving skills.
  • Good French and English level.
